The in-person registration includes the full programme, catering and the conference dinner.

Accommodation

As we are within 30 days of conference all hotel rooms have been released. If you would like to book accommodation, please email EJ@eventdynamics.co.nz.

Special accommodation rates have been negotiated with several Christchurch Hotels. All rates include GST and are on a per night basis. The rate is for room only and does not include breakfast.

Conference day one is Monday 13 May, followed by the Gala Dinner. Day two is Tuesday 14 May. We have held an accommodation block from Friday 10 May for those that may like to visit Christchurch over the weekend.

Please note:
• If you cancel within 30 days of the conference your accommodation may not be refunded.
• Rates may increase without notice due to changes in government charges, taxes or levies.

Payment on invoice should be made within 14 days.
Payment should be made to Event Dynamics rather than the Institute of Directors and details are included on the invoice.
Your invoice must be paid before attendance at conference, or your registration will be cancelled.
Please use your invoice number as your reference.
