Jordan Browne
Jordan Browne is the Dean of Media Design School at Strayer, where he leads the academic direction through curriculum strategy, programme development, and a focus on institutional quality through industry alignment. His background in game development and digital media informs an approach that advocates for both the technical and creative sides of technology. Focused on growing career pathways in New Zealand, Jordan’s leadership in education has grown to include academic governance, student success, research, and industry engagement.
Zac Watson
Zac is a lecturer at Media Design School at Strayer, teaching in the Software Engineering programme. A believer in learning through play, he is always looking to new perspectives to understand new and innovative ways to make interesting games. As part of this, Zac is currently building his Master's work around novel approaches to game and systems design. He has also published a pair of papers relating to games education, and procedural narrative frameworks for games.

Biography
Lorraine Godden is an educator, researcher, and manager. Lorraine currently holds several academic roles including National Implementation Lead for the FUSION skills development project at Carleton University, Associate Faculty at Yorkville University where she teaches educational leadership, and Adjunct Faculty at Douglas College where she is developing and will lead career development courses for educators. Lorraine is a qualified teacher, Certified Career Development Professional, and Certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator with over thirty years of experience teaching all ages and grades of learners. In her research, Lorraine focuses on the intersection between education and career and includes investigation on ensuring career education, work-integrated learning, and skills development programs are accessible and equitable across the lifespan. She has been involved with many diverse research projects that investigate career across the lifespan and recently published a teaching toolkit based on the findings from a pan-Canadian exploration of early career development within elementary schools.

Biography
Yoshihiro Maeda is a faculty member at Fukuyama University, Japan, where he works in career education and student career development support. He graduated from the School of Art and Design, University of Tsukuba, Japan, and a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. Before entering higher education, he worked in the private sector as a designer and brand consultant. His research interests include career education, internship-based learning, visualisation methods for career reflection, and the use of generative AI in career support. Drawing on his background in design thinking, he explores problem-solving approaches that make career design more accessible and meaningful for a wider range of learners.

Biography
Majed Sayed Ahmad is a distinguished academic leader and technical expert with over 18 years of international and domestic experience across the industrial and educational sectors. He currently serves a dual leadership role at Smart University College in Palestine as the Strategic Planning Manager and Academic Coordinator, where he is instrumental in architecting the institutional vision and ensuring the highest standards of technical education.
Majed holds a Master of Science in Renewable Energy from Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU) in Hebron. His specialized research focused on the cutting-edge integration of Concentrated Solar Thermal (CST) systems to meet industrial thermal loads—specifically developing sustainable energy solutions for manufacturing environments, such as chips factories. This deep technical expertise in sustainable energy transition is supported by a decade of professional experience in the industrial sector of Saudi Arabia (2008–2018), providing him with a unique global perspective on infrastructure and energy.
Since 2018, Majed has been a driving force in the Palestinian educational landscape. As Academic Coordinator, he leads comprehensive teacher-training initiatives in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, specializing in "Pedagogy for the Digital Age." He is an expert in digital transformation, equipping educators with the tools and methodologies required for modern, technology-driven instruction.
In his capacity as Strategic Planning Manager, Majed oversees departmental goal-setting, action plan development, and institutional Quality Assurance (QA). His multidisciplinary background—combining sustainable energy engineering, digital pedagogy, and strategic management—aligns perfectly with regional initiatives focused on reconstruction, recovery, and climate-resilient development. He is dedicated to building sustainable academic and professional capacities that support long-term regional stability and industrial growth.
