Biography
Louis Cournoyer is a Full Professor in the Career Development and Career Counseling programs at the Université du Québec à Montréal (Canada). He is also a career counselor and a member of the Ordre des conseillers et des conseillères d’orientation du Québec (OCCOQ), Quebec’s professional college for career counselors. His teaching focuses on theories and approaches in career development and career counseling, career counseling practice and supervision, and mental health issues in the context of career intervention. His research focuses on the analysis of lifecourses and personal projects among youth and adults, as well as on contextual forces and adjustment strategies that may support or hinder career transitions and decisions. He also conducts research on the career decision-making processes of students, workers, and individuals facing vulnerability and socioeconomic precarity.

Biography
Ph.D. in Psychology from Universidad del Valle, Cali, Colombia. Currently an Adjunct Professor at the School of Psychology, Universidad del Valle. Member of the Work and Organizational Psychology Research Group. My current research focuses on analyzing the relationship between older adults and work, bridge employment, the extension of working life, and career trajectories.

These wide-ranging experiences have proven to be invaluable in his current role as a Career Educator at University of Canterbury Centre for Employability & Career Development. His award-winning doctoral research focused on the impact of voluntary career breaks on career narrative and identity construction.

Biography
Pete Robertson is Professor of Career Guidance at Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland. He is a Fellow of the National Institute for Career Education and Counselling (NICEC), a learned society. He teaches career theory and policy to trainee guidance practitioners. His research interests include the relationship between career and well-being, and employment support for disadvantaged groups.
