Phuong Tran is the Founder and CEO of Juvenis Maxime, an education initiative focused on career readiness and simulation-based learning for secondary and post-secondary students. Her work centres on designing experiential learning models that support vocational identity development, ethical decision-making, and real-world professional competencies. She brings over 15 years of professional experience as a Partner at Le & Tran Law Corporation, where she has led tax litigation and corporate advisory work for domestic and multinational clients. Her expertise includes Vietnamese tax law, corporate governance, and risk and compliance systems. Drawing on her professional and organisational leadership experience, Phuong has developed a simulation-based career exploration framework that bridges academic learning and professional practice. This model has been implemented across multiple educational settings in Vietnam and forms the foundation of her current work with schools and educational partners.
