Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT
Your invoice must be paid before attendance at the conference, or your registration will be cancelled.
Please use your invoice number as your reference and remember this is payable to Event Dynamics. 

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your registration for the New Zealand Cruise Association Conference 2026, you must contact us via email. The following cancellation conditions apply: 
• More than 30 days prior to the conference: a refund will be given, minus a 25% administration fee.
• Within 30 days of the conference: no refund will be given. 

Any accommodation cancelled within 30 days of the conference will not be refunded.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL REGISTRATION
The Conference Committee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review any registration and to refuse or cancel a registration where it reasonably considers attendance to be inappropriate, inconsistent with the purpose of the conference, or potentially disruptive to the safety, wellbeing, or experience of delegates, speakers, sponsors, or staff.
In such circumstances, any registration fees paid will be refunded in full. 

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY
We may photograph and/or video the event and images may be used in (but not limited to), NZCA promotional materials, social media and website. If you or the person you are booking on behalf of, do not grant the release of your or their image, please contact the event organiser.
