Terms and Conditions:
If cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the conference, the registration fee already paid will be refunded, less a 25% administration fee. If cancellation is received within 30 days prior to the conference, no refund will be given, but you may substitute the delegate's name with another. Accommodation cancelled within 30 days may incur full cancellation charges.
